Treadmill levels 1-5 cost 50-500 coins and grant +2 Speed per level. Levels 6-10 cost 600-2,000 and grant +3. Levels 11-15 cost 2,500-8,000 and grant +4. Levels 16-20 cost 9,000-25,000 and grant +5. There is no other Speed source in the game.
Biome gates (verified range)
Community sources disagree on the exact milestone numbers. The beginner guide implies 5/10/15/20 with named biomes (Meadow Ridge / Crystal Caverns / Ember Hollow / Storm Peaks). Speed 10 → 25 grind
Reaching Speed level 25 is the single most important mid-game milestone. The grind from Speed 10 to Speed 25 takes about 45 minutes with an optimized base. plan your session around this.
Speed 150 mutation bonus
At Speed 150, the mutation chance on Legendary eggs doubles. This is the single biggest late-game multiplier you can invest in. Plan your session around hitting this milestone before chasing rarer eggs.
